Please send us any and all original correspondence/credit reports you receive from the Credit Bureaus/Reporting Agencies ( Experian , Equifax, Transunion). Please do not fax or email the correspondence. Please mail us the original documents or drop them off to our office during business hours.

Notify us immediately of any changes to your address and or phone numbers. If you move, we need 2 proofs of addresses ( such as driver License, utility bills, cable bills, Home phone bills, paycheck stubs, and bank statements) to update with the credit bureaus. Please contact us for other acceptable proofs of address documents.

Do not apply for any new credit or run your credit with anyone unless you notify us first. Any third party credit provider(s) such as: ( banks , lenders, brokers, credit card company’s) or department store or furniture stores that will result with a “Hard Inquiry” may result in voiding out any disputes we have sent out to the credit reporting agencies and drop your credit scores. We want to help you get back on track with your credit and such action will make the process stop and take much longer. IF you want or need to run your credit please contact us prior to doing so.

Do not mark, highlight, or write notes on any of the original correspondence/credit reports from any of the credit reporting agencies because we use these original documents to make clear copies and send back with our disputes.
