1- CREDIT REPORTS REVIEW
Our First Step is to review all your credit reports (Transunion, Equifax, Experian) to determine if we can help you or not.
2- WHAT IS REPORTING ON YOUR CREDIT
The Next Step is to identify what your creditors have reported on your credit report(s)
3- FULL CREDIT REPORTS ANALYSIS
We Go Over your report(s) together, get to know what’s accurate, and what may have been reported in error.
4- CREDIT EDUCATION
We Educate you on how your credit works so you can understand what types of credit you will need to better your credit standing
5- CREDIT DISPUTE
Our Disputing Process entails writing personalized letters on your behalf and in your name to the 3 major credit bureaus asking them to do a reasonable investigation to make sure that the creditors and or collection agencies are reporting accurate information on your credit reports.
6- CREDIT BUREAUS
The Credit Bureaus must follow “The Fair Credit Reporting Act” guidelines to ensure Accurate & Complete reporting on your credit reports. They need to correct, update or delete information that is incomplete or unverifiable.
7- CREDIT BUREAUS RESPONSE
You Should Then Receive your updated credit reports within 30-45 days of our company sending the dispute letters out to the credit reporting agencies.
8- UPDATED CREDIT REPORTS
Please Mail us the original credit reports without writing or altering any information on the reports because you saw an error. (Sticky notes or letters are accepted)
9- CONTINUE DISPUTING
We Continue To Dispute & make sure that your rights weren’t violated. This process may also take 30-45 days for you to get an updated response. Please follow the same directions of the first updated dispute responses & mail us the 2nd updated original credit reports once you receive them. (if you don’t receive a credit report within 30-45 days, please call us immediately for a re-order)
10- LEGAL REVIEW
After having at least 2-3 dispute rounds completed, we’ll do a Legal Review of your credit reports to see if there are any type(s) of Creditors or Collection Agencies reported violations against you.
10- RIGHTS VIOLATIONS
If there are Creditors or Collection Agencies violations against your rights, we’ll submit your credit repair paperwork to our Consumer Protection Team of Attorneys to review your status & give you any legal advice/action necessary to legally resolve your credit situation at NO COST TO YOU for the items you were violated against.
12- CREDIT REPAIR SERVICE ACCESS
We keep disputing & fixing your credit until you reach your goal. We give all of our client(s) Long Term Access (up to 24 months) to our services with the accounts that they started with at no extra charge within their tier of pricing. ( pricing varies by tier )
